• The return or exchange of a purchased item must be made within 14 days from date of purchase.
• This exchange policy covers if the measurement of the goods do not suit your needs. You are able to exchange to the correct measure.
• The customer must present the original receipt or invoice upon making the return or exchange.
• The product(s) and packaging must be new, unpacked, and unaltered with all tags attached in the original packaging.
• Please include all accessories that came with your item.
• Any gift / premium items received shall be returned upon returning the purchased item. If not, the customer needs to pay for the value of the gift/premium items.
• For the exchange items, the price must be equivalent or higher only and the customer shall pay for the difference of the price. It is non-refundable for the goods that is lower price.
• For the return items, any reward points earn on original purchase will be deducted,
• For online purchase exchange service, you must first contact us via email (marketing2@ginmit.com) or WhatsApp’s (+6012 780 9626) or walk in to our branches.
• Bring along proof of purchase (the original receipt) to determine the problem and we will provide you the best solution.
• Final judgement of goods exchange will be done by Ginmit Trading Sdn Bhd.
• Ginmit Trading Sdn Bhd reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Products to the Customer if it has any doubts whatsoever as to the Customer's credit worthiness or insufficient identification.
