Mould Design and fabrication
Equipped with an array of machine found in most modern tooling workshop, we specialized in the design and production of plastic injection and extrusion moulds and zinc alloy die casting toolings, in-house design and fabrication of tooling. Together with in-house engineering services with 3D-mouldling the prototyping capabilities, help ensure both quality and the lowest possible costs. We also provide development of insert tolling to reduce our customers’ cost of investment for low casting production items.
Our hot chamber die-casting machines, classified in terms of Locking Pressure, cover a range from 25 tons to 120 tons. Modern, state of the art die-casting and ancillary equipment allow us to cast zinc alloy products weighing from 2-500grams.
We provide full secondary operations with assembly, drilling, tapping, sanding and related operation. This service is an essential part of our ability to offer cost effective products and enable us to respond to an expanded variety of needs.
We provide in-house plating and coating on various kinds of base materials, including zincs alloy, brass and tell. Prior to planting coating, every piece of these materials goes through an extensive process of deburring, buffing / vibratory finishing and ultrasonic cleaning. Stringent quality control is enforced at every step ensure conformity to customers’ requirement. Research and development is also conducted to come up with new finishes to meet customers’ special demand.
